Once we receive your payment, your goods will be shipped.
An average international delivery takes approx. 5-7 working days.

Duties and Taxes

Please be aware that if delivery is outside the EU, you may be liable to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Custom policies vary from country to country and Voy do not have any control over import duties.

Voy cannot be responsible for goods held in customs. The buyer is responsible for all inbound duties and taxes. There should be no inbound tax or duty to pay for EU customers.

Every care has been taken to ensure all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on this website are correct. We aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, but the information, including product descriptions may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place the order.

Although we do our best to maintain continuity in colour, slight variations in fabric colours may occur. This is a mark of its unique, handmade quality, and in no way constitutes a defect.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that. Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.

Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. Voy cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Any returned orders from outside the UK need to be marked returned British goods, no VAT or duty due so that no taxes are levied.


Customers are entitled to a full refund if the items are returned within 7 working days of receipt. After this time credit notes or exchanges will be offered.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Voy cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
