A standard UK delivery takes approx. 3-5 working days, subject to availability of stock. For "made-to-order" items please allow 10-15 working days for delivery, however, if it can be made earlier, we will notify you.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Once we receive your payment, your goods will be shipped. An average international delivery takes approximately 10-15 working days.

Duties and Taxes

Please be aware that if delivery is outside the UK, you may be liable to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Custom policies vary from country to country and Voy cannot be responsible for goods held in customs. The buyer is responsible for all inbound duties and taxes. Voy does not have any control over import duties.

Any returned orders from outside the UK need to be marked "RETURNED BRITISH GOODS, NO VAT OR DUTY DUE" so that no taxes are levied.

USA customers will incur taxes and duties of between 1-16% of the total cost of your purchase, depending on garment and material.

Every care has been taken to ensure all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on this website are correct. We aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, but the information, including product descriptions, may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place the order.

Although we do our best to maintain continuity in colour, slight variations in fabric colours may occur. This is a mark of its unique, handmade quality, and in no way constitutes a defect.

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at voyclothing@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs
The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and insuring the parcel for the value of the goods, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a full refund is issued.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom made-to-measure items — these are made specifically and individually for you according to measurements provided. We are unable to offer a refund on these items but will do our best to make any alteration required to make them perfect for you.
  • Sale items — only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Gift cards

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You can also contact us at voyclothing@gmail.com to discuss an exchange.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at voyclothing@gmail.com.
